Some recruitment agencies in Ukraine have evolved into large companies during their development process. In addition to providing quality services in the search for specialists, they have opened business schools and educational programs. In such schools, one can take courses and master professions related to personnel search, such as becoming a recruiter, sourcer or HR manager. Most classes are conducted online. Among the instructors in these courses, one can find professional recruiters and mentors. This is a great starting point for beginners who want to learn the recruiting profession from scratch.
