In this sense, in a previous interview with Vitat, Ana Clara Brathwaite, a biomedical specialist in aesthetic health, indicated that Bepantol is an ointment whose main ingredient is vitamin B5, which helps in skin cell repair.

In addition, being a product that has specific lines, it offers various benefits and for all ages. The derma version, for example, focuses more on tissue repair and hydration for the face, lips, body, and even hair.

“It also aids in the skin’s natural moisture production, stimulates collagen production, aids in healing, and increases moisture-binding power,” she adds.

Vitamins

Vitamins, which are important antioxidant compounds, have been part of Gloria María’s skin routine. With anti-inflammatory properties, some of the vitamins that the journalist took fight free radicals responsible for accelerating the aging process of cells.

And so, Gloria revealed in a program to Jô Soares that she takes about 80 vitamin pills a day:

“In the morning, I take about 35 at a time. In the afternoon, about 20 more. Vitamin A is said to be good for skin and nails, and joints. Vitamin C to strengthen the immune system. I take the entire alphabet.” Vitamin A, said Gloria, b, c, d, e, f.
In this sense, vitamins are essential for the proper functioning of the body. However, when taken in large amounts, it can cause diarrhea and kidney stones. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain a prescription to avoid health problems resulting from excessive intake of vitamins.

According to the presenter, a Thai tea, which has been part of her diet for 12 years, helps keep her skin wrinkle-free: “Actually, it’s made from a bird’s nest. I make it myself and drink it hot or cold. It was then that I realized that Asians do not have Wrinkles, I also started taking it ”, she concluded.

  • Try to expose yourself to the sun between 7 and 10 in the morning or after 4 in the afternoon, always with sun protection;

  • sleep at least 8 hours a day;

Finally, in the case of patients with premature aging of the skin, the specialist’s suggestion is to combine a healthy routine with physical exercise, healthy eating and daily skin care.
